01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ya999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 03 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ya999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion steps or hidden fees applied to standard transactions. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider, which in most cases for JazzCash and Easypaisa is near-instantaneous. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. ya999 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. • Funds deposited into your account but not yet subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.

The following actions are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers through matched betting or similar strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing inaccurate account information to qualify for promotions you would otherwise be ineligible for.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution calculations.

ya999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winnings generated from bonus funds, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. We apply this policy consistently and fairly.

06 Game & Betting Rules

ya999 offers casino games including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and a comprehensive sports betting section that covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and more. Each game category and sports market operates under its own specific rules.

General game rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealing by licensed studio dealers.
• Once a game round has been completed and the result recorded, the outcome is final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection before a result is confirmed — ya999's system logs are used to determine the correct outcome. If no outcome can be determined, the stake is returned to your account balance.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings obtained through such exploitation.

Sports betting rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to movement before confirmation.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 and international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches or reduced-over results follow the specific settlement rules displayed on the bet confirmation page.
• In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. ya999 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice, particularly around key match events such as wickets or penalty shootouts.
• ya999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by obvious pricing errors. In such cases, stakes are refunded in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by sport and market type.

Bingo games follow the rules displayed in the specific room at the time of entry. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may vary until the game round commences.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

ya999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity including, but not limited to, use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chargebacks filed against legitimate transactions made through your account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months without any login activity.
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your balance or place bets during that period. ya999 aims to complete all investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you at the email address registered on your account.
